What is So-So Sewing
The So-So Sewing Project is the brain child of a group of friends who have a passion for sewing, but lack of skill. Combined with a love for Project Runway, the group decided to initiate a project of their own in hopes of developing some sewing ability, but definitely have a little fun.
For the next 14 weeks each of us will take on one independent sewing project a week. Following Project Runway each week we will debut our creations on Fridays blogging about the process as we go, as well as the feedback we receive about our creations.
Yay for you! What a great idea! I love Project Runway and agree that a meth addict will no doubt prove for some interesting and engaging drama. I confess, I’m not good with a bobbin or even a needle and thread. I think the most I’ve done was in high school Home Ec. But, perhaps by reading your blog perhaps I’ll be inspired!
| Posted 2 years, 9 months agoI have never watched Project Runway but I think this is a neat idea the 4 of you have come up with. I loved the skirts that Joann and Amy did and can’t wait to see what else they will be coming to work with on Fridays:)
